How to Fill NIACL Apprentice Online Form 2026
Candidates must complete a dual-portal process to successfully register for the 550 apprentice training seats. Follow these precise steps to submit your application:
- Register on the NATS Portal: Before everything else, visit nats.education.gov.in and register to generate your unique NATS Enrollment Number. This number is mandatory to access the main application form.
- Go to the Official NIACL Website: Once you have your NATS ID, go to the official website at newindia.co.in, head to the "Recruitment" section, and click on the "Apply Online" link under the Apprentice Engagement 2026 tab.
- Sign Up on the Application Portal: You will be redirected to the BFSI application portal. Click on "New Sign Up" and create your login credentials using your mobile number, email ID, and NATS Enrollment Number.
- Select Your State and Enter Personal Details: Log in with your new credentials. Choose the state you want to apply for and fill in your personal details like full name, father's name, date of birth, and social category.
- Fill in Educational Qualifications: Enter your graduation marks, passing year, and university details. Make sure your degree completion date falls between January 1, 2022, and June 1, 2026, to be eligible.
- Upload Scanned Documents: Upload clean, high-quality scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and your final graduation degree certificate or provisional marksheet.
- Pay the Application Fee: Check the calculated fee amount on your screen and pay it online via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking. Fees are ₹944 for General/OBC/EWS men, ₹708 for SC/ST/All Women, and ₹472 for PwBD candidates.
- Preview and Final Submit: Review your entire application form carefully on the preview screen to check for spelling errors. Once verified, click on "Final Submit" and download a printout of the application form for your records.
