Academic Eligibility by Post
1. Operator SS Posts (Technical Trade)
- Trades: Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician
- Requirement: Must possess a 2-Year Regular/Full-Time ITI (National Trade Certificate – NTC) after passing Class 10 (High School).
2. Junior Assistant Posts (Non-Technical/Clerical)
- Junior Assistant (IMM): Full-time B.Com or B.Sc from a recognized university + a minimum 6-month Proficiency Certificate in Computer Operations, OR a Full-time BCA.
- Junior Assistant (HR): Full-time BA, B.Sc, BBA, or BSW + a minimum 6-month Proficiency Certificate in Typing, Stenography, or Computers.
- Junior Assistant (Finance): Full-time B.Com or BBA + a minimum 6-month Proficiency Certificate in Computer Operations.
- Junior Assistant (IT): Full-time BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science / Information Technology).
Crucial Eligibility Conditions (Rules & Exclusions)
⚠️ Banned Education Modes: Candidates holding degrees or certificates through Part-Time, Correspondence, Distance Education, or E-learning programs are completely ineligible to apply. Only full-time, regular classroom courses are accepted.
- Experience Advantage: While freshers can apply, having 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant functional area will be counted as an added advantage during evaluation.
- Higher Qualification Restriction: If you hold a qualification higher than what is explicitly requested for the post (for example, holding a B.Tech/BE when applying for the ITI Operator post, or holding an M.Com/MBA when applying for Junior Assistant), you cannot apply. Hiding a higher degree results in immediate cancellation of your candidature at any selection stage.
