ASI (Lab Technician): 10+2 with Science subjects plus a 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT). ASI (X-Ray Technician): 10+2 with Science subjects plus a 2-year Diploma in Radiography.
Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age. The crucial cut-off date to calculate your age limit is fixed as the application closing date: July 7, 2026. Relaxations apply as per government rules (3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).
Since this is a combatized position within the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), candidates must fulfill these baseline Physical Standard Test (PST) rules: Male Candidates (Gen/OBC/SC/EWS): Minimum height of 170 cms with a chest expansion of 80–85 cms. Female Candidates (Gen/OBC/SC/EWS): Minimum height of 157 cms (Chest expansion parameters are not applicable for female candidates).
